Children are set targets/goals within the Individual Child Education Plan (ICEP) that covers aspects of their educational and social development. The ICEP allows for the recording, monitoring and evaluation of progress to be done on a termly basis. Social targets are also set by the keyworker  together with input from the child and are  recorded on their daily diary sheets, together with ongoing work and achievements the child makes to meet these targets.
