Brantridge - Our Approach

Work for us

As part of the Grafham Grange Special Educational Trust we are fortunate that the ethos from our Board of Directors and across each school is to encourage our staff to fulfil their own personal developmental potential. An advantage of being a relatively small organisation is that we are able to know each and every staff member on a personal level which supports a high degree of collaboration in building development plans. It is often said that an organisation is only as good as its staff and this is why we work through our performance management and appraisal processes to jointly identify with each and every staff member those developmental responses which will allow them to enhance their capability and achieve greater fulfilment in their roles.

There are many areas of our work where common training solutions are suitable for all, but of course, many individual needs require bespoke solutions and we are committed to identifying those too.

Whilst many of our staff bring a wide variety of experiences gained in differing environments to bear on their responsibilities at Brantridge, we also have many who have grown with us into part of our management cadre. Promotion from within is just as much a possibility as securing the highest quality of staff from external sources.
